Description
The ends of this draw rein are made of nylon cord (8 mm wide). The advantage of the round cord is that it slides more easily through the bit rings. The rein parts are made of webbing with woven-in rubber (14 mm). The ends are fastened to the girth with two snap hooks. If the girth does not have a fastening ring, the enclosed leather girth loop with D-ring can be used. The draw rein is equipped with shiny silver-coloured fittings of chrome-plated brass. A draw rein is used to achieve the correct head carriage. If the horse holds its head too high, the draw rein exerts pressure on the bit.
